We'll get in touch with you
If the date is available, we'll arrange a meeting — at our studio, at a convenient location for you, or online if you prefer.
If the date is not available, we'll let you know and suggest alternative options.
Meeting & Details
At the meeting we'll discuss your wishes and ideas, after which you'll receive a personalised quote with a specific price.
Booking Your Date
We sign a contract that guarantees your booking.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the agreed amount is required to secure the booking.
What happens after signing the contract?
Preparation for Your Special Day
In the days before the wedding we'll stay in touch to finalise all the details.
We'll confirm the schedule for the day, the key moments you want captured, and any specific requirements.
The Wedding Day
On the day of the event we'll be there at the agreed time, ready to capture the most important and emotional moments.
We work discreetly but efficiently to create impactful and natural shots.
Processing the Material
After the wedding, professional editing of all captured frames begins.
If you've chosen a video package, we'll create the short film highlighting the key moments of your day.
Receiving the Finished Material
When the photos and video are ready, we'll invite you to a personal meeting at the studio to present and hand them over.
If an in-person meeting isn't possible, we'll arrange an alternative delivery method.
You receive the materials in digital format, and on a physical drive if you requested one.
