1. General Provisions

These General Terms govern the use of the alexmitov.com website, the clients' gallery clients.alexmitov.com, and the orders for prints from it.

Suppliers:

• ALEKS MITOV STUDIO EOOD, UIC 208351957: photo and video services under contract, customer gallery and the sale of prints;
• Alex Mitov Media Ltd, VAT number 206517711: the website alexmitov.com.

Below, we collectively refer to them as the „Studio“. Address for correspondence: Petunia Street 51, 3rd floor, 9000 Varna alex@alexmitov.com; +359 883 740 040.

Supervisory authorities: Commission for the Protection of Consumers (kzp.bg) and the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (cpdp.bg).

If your individual contract with the Studio governs things differently, the contract applies.

2. The website and inquiries

The information on the website regarding services and prices is for reference purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. The request made through the website is not a contract. A contract for filming is concluded after signing an individual contract.

3. The client gallery

1. The photos and films are delivered to an online gallery on clients.alexmitov.com. The client receives a link, their password and, if desired, a separate password and PIN for downloading for guests.
2. Upon entry, each visitor enters their email address. The studio records the views, downloads, favorites, and hidden photos, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. The client decides who to give the link and passwords to and is responsible for it. The studio is not responsible for the distribution of photos downloaded by people the client has given access to.
4. The client can hide individual photos from the guests. The hidden photos are not visible, they are not downloaded, and they are not shared by the guests.
5. A photo shared with the „Share“ button is visible to everyone with the link while the gallery is active.
6. The gallery is available for the term specified in the contract (usually 1 year). After that, it is archived and can be unlocked again upon request. The studio is not an archival service: download the photos and keep your own copies.
7. The studio makes efforts for the gallery to operate without interruption, but is not responsible for short unavailability due to maintenance or problems with the hosting providers.

4. Copyright and use of the photos

1. The copyrights to the photos, films and texts on the site and gallery belong to the Studio. The author is Alex Mitov, unless otherwise stated.
2. Their clients and guests can use the downloaded photos for personal use: to keep them, print them, give them as gifts, and publish them in their personal social media profiles. When publishing, please indicate the author.
3. Commercial use (advertising, sales, websites and company profiles, for example of restaurants and suppliers) is only possible with the written consent of the Studio.
4. The resale of the photos and their presentation as the work of another person is not allowed.

5. Order of prints

1. Prints are ordered from the gallery in packages. The packages and final prices in euros are listed in the gallery before ordering.
2. The client selects a package and photos, fills in delivery details and pays online via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). If they have not selected all the photos, the Studio will select the rest.
3. The print contract is concluded when the payment is successful. An unpaid order is not executed.
4. The prints are produced within 10 working days after payment and are sent by the selected courier. Delivery is paid for by the recipient at the courier's rate.
5. The prints are produced according to the individual selection of the client’s personal photos. Therefore, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply (Article 57, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act).
6. If the print arrives damaged or defective, please write to alex@alexmitov.com us within 14 days of receiving it, along with a photo of the problem. The studio will reprint and resend at its own expense. This does not limit your statutory rights in the event of a discrepancy between the product and the contract.
7. The colors of the print may slightly differ from those on the screen, and this is not a defect.

6. Responsibility

The studio is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the site or gallery, nor for damages caused by the unauthorized use of passwords by persons to whom the client has given them. This does not limit the liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes and applicable law

Disputes are resolved first through conversation. Users can also contact the Consumer Protection Commission and its conciliation committees. Bulgarian law applies.

9. Changes

The studio may change these terms. For already paid orders, the terms apply as of the date of payment.
